LONDON —
NCR Corp. announced that its Personas M
Series 76 ATMs will be installed in Nationwide Building Society branches
throughout the United Kingdom. According to a news release, the deployment marks
the first in the U.K. for the Personas 76.
The rollout of the 170 ATMs is already underway.
"NCR has taken a new approach to the design of its Personas M Series
76 ATM. NCR has created a user-centric ATM with an improved look and feel," said
Rachel Nash, vice president of financial solutions for NCR in the U.K. and
Ireland.
Nationwide’s newly branded "self-serve" solution provides a range of
transactions, including automated cash or check deposits that include images on
the receipts of the deposited checks or breakdowns of the deposited cash
denominations.
Nationwide provides financial services to 870
retail outlets in the U.K.
